Gate codes are deactivated for tenants ten days late.

2. Remove all items, sweep, remove lock, and close and latch the door.
3. Notify us by phone or email that your move out is complete. We will deactivate your gate code and process your deposit refund.
Your performance deposit is returned within 30 days of receiving notification that you have moved out of your unit.
We will verify the unit is emptied, swept clean, and lock removed.
Your deposit will be refunded via check or credit card.

Our units are rented on a first come, first serve basis.
We do NOT support online reservations; the option appears as available but a unit will not be held.

The door openings to the interior hallway for the climate-controlled units are 78″ tall x 40″ wide.
The height of an interior roll-up door is 7 feet.
The height of an exterior roll-up door is 7 or 8 feet depending upon unit.
