Upon renting a new unit, the gate code can take up to five minutes to activate as the systems synch.

If you are a current customer and your gate code doesn’t work, please verify if your account is paid current.

Gate codes are deactivated for tenants ten days late. Once payment is made, the code will reactivate within five minutes.

You can start a lease at the on-site kiosk or by choosing Rent Now online.

The most up-to-date rental availability is at the kiosk and online.

A $15 processing fee, $75 performance deposit, and first month’s rent are due upon renting a unit.

You will be provided a unique gate code that will activate within five minutes and can begin utilizing your unit!

Units can be reserved online for $1,000.00. Reservations will be held for three calendar days from the date the reservation was made.

The reservation fee does not apply to future performance deposits or monthly rent.

1. Contact us by phone or email of your anticipated move out date. Please provide your name and unit number.

2. Remove all items, sweep, remove lock, and close and latch the door.

3. Notify us by phone or email that your move out is complete. We will deactivate your gate code and process your deposit refund.

Rental payment is not prorated. Payment is due on the anniversary date of the lease for the entire month.

Your performance deposit is returned within 30 days of receiving notification that you have moved out of your unit.

We will verify the unit is emptied, swept clean, and lock removed.

Your deposit will be refunded via check or credit card.

Yes, please call or email us before moving and provide your name, current unit number, and new unit size request.

We’ll help select a unit in close proximity if possible, reserve it to allow a window for you to move, and transfer your account.

Your lease anniversary date will remain the same and your payment will be prorated.

The door openings to the interior hallway for the climate-controlled units are 40″ wide x 78″ tall.

The height of an interior roll-up door is 7 feet.

The height of an exterior roll-up door is 7 or 8 feet depending upon the unit.

The 15′ x 28′ exterior units have an overhead door that measures 11′ wide x 14′ tall.

No units have access to electrical power.
